Made of Water came from a lifetime love affair with the sea and, more recently, cold-water swimming.
Myself and other women getting up at sunrise in the freezing cold depths of winter to find a water source to submerge.
Watching these powerful women brave the elements made me wonder, "Why is this so popular?"
This feeling of being in wild water is free and includes everyone.
It’s an urge to rewild. Reconnect with nature and the source. A chance to cleanse and wash away the day.
